ELEVATED POOR-DECISION CONDITIONS FORECAST FOR SYDNEY METROPOLITAN AREA — LONG WEEKEND PROXIMITY EFFECT IN FORCE

A waning gibbous moon, while not formally recognised under the Bureau's Celestial Influence Schedule (Form 44-C), has been associated in prior reporting periods with a statistically notable increase in late-night text message submissions and the reopening of matters previously deemed closed. Post-payday liquidity conditions are assessed as moderate-to-severe: it has been determined that the combination of available funds and the psychological buffer of a forthcoming public holiday creates conditions in which dinner reservations at venues ordinarily considered financially inadvisable will be made, and will be made with confidence. Temperatures of seven (7) to seventeen (17) degrees Celsius are expected to sustain demand for the Incidental Physical Proximity Exemption (Section 9(1)(a) of the Thermal Comfort Provisions), commonly cited by parties sharing a single blanket on premises to which at least one of them has questionable standing. The Bureau advises that Sunday under these conditions historically precedes a Monday in which a number of decisions are formally reclassified as Incidents, and recommends applicants retain a copy of any verbal agreements pending potential lodgement of a Relationship Status Amendment (Form 12-R).
