Overcast Conditions and Liquid Funds Combine to Produce Elevated Risk of Premature Emotional Disclosure

The Bureau advises that the convergence of post-payday liquidity, reduced ambient light, and a waxing crescent moon — historically associated with optimism not yet corrected by evidence — has produced conditions under which unsolicited declarations of intent are statistically more likely. Residents are reminded that dinner at a licenced venue does not constitute a legally recognised commitment and that any representations made regarding 'seeing where this goes' are non-binding and will not be processed by this Bureau. The overcast sky is expected to persist, lending proceedings a cinematic quality that has been found, in previous assessments, to impair cost-benefit analysis. It is further noted that funds available for discretionary romantic expenditure will not remain at current levels, and the Bureau recommends that this fact be borne in mind before the third round is ordered.
