Conditions Assessed As Unfavourable To Moderate: Drizzle And Fiscal Exposure Create Elevated Risk Environment
It has been determined that the combination of persistent drizzle, mid-cycle pay status (four (4) days to payday), and a full moon places all persons operating within the Greater Sydney Romantic Jurisdiction in a statistically significant risk window for impulsive declarations, unsolicited emotional disclosures, and the pursuit of a second venue. The Bureau notes that the full moon, while not gazetted as a recognised mitigating circumstance under Schedule 7 of the Romantic Conduct Regulations 2019, will nonetheless be cited in an estimated forty-three (43) percent of formal explanations lodged with this office by Thursday. Persons are advised that drizzle does not constitute grounds for an unscheduled umbrella-sharing encounter, and that any resulting obligations remain binding regardless of conditions at the time of formation. The Bureau further advises that expenditure incurred within four (4) days of payday attracts no relief, concessional or otherwise, and that romantic receipts are non-refundable under Section 4(2)(b) of the Bureau's standard terms.
