Quarterly Findings: The Ledger of a Sydney Winter

The Bureau has closed its books on the winter quarter. The figures are presented below without comment, which is itself a comment. Across the quarter, the divisions processed a great many matters. The Registrar classified arrangements at a rate the Registrar describes as "brisk." The Intelligence Division issued dossiers. The Forecast reached its highest poor-decision index of the season on a payday Friday — which the Bureau had predicted, and takes no pleasure in having predicted. The Deliberation Chamber returned findings across the full published taxonomy. "The problem: you" remained, as in every quarter since operations commenced, the modal finding. "Acquitted, with concerns" saw a modest rise, which the Press Office attributes to the season: winter is forgiving in the way that cold weather is forgiving, which is to say conditionally and with an agenda.
