The Bureau's platform is free. Its publication is not. A subscription lifts the meter, admits you to the Deliberation Chamber, and enters you on the jury roll — a privilege, the Bureau maintains, whatever your correspondence suggests.

- The Record — Monthly. $5.00 per month. Cancellable at any counter, including this one.
- The Record — Annual. $45.00 per year. Two (2) months' grace, denominated in restraint.
- Founding Subscriber. $99.00, once. Limited to the first 500 applicants and marked with the founding seal in perpetuity.
